Water and wheels

Peruvian Stew: Dig that quinoa and all of those carrots!

I am about three weeks away from getting back into serious cycling and becoming sick of soup. I can feel both quickly rolling near. So, while it’s still brisk, I’ll stick to my current routine — running, lifting, Moosewood stews, chilis and soups — before I go back to my old routine — dirt and road rides and lots of grains, pastas and breads.

Spanish Potato Onion Soup: A variation — fewer spuds and onions (recipe said 4!) and the addition of celery.
